Graft

GRAFT is a subscription-based short-form video studio for brands, agencies, and creators. They turn raw footage, podcasts, and webinars into high-retention clips built for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—using motion design, kinetic type, and platform-native pacing to drive engagement and conversions.

What They Needed

A site that feels as punchy as their edits—and that clearly productises the offer. GRAFT wanted to explain what’s included (short form, repurposing, motion design), how it works (weekly edit cadence, Thursday/Weds flow, revisions), and why it converts (data-driven, ROI-focused). They also needed a frictionless path to sign-up (or book a call), reusable components for speed, and a CMS they could manage in-house as the library of examples, FAQs, and plans grew.

What We Did

We took a lean style guide and expanded it into a digital system—type, colour, motion language, and UI patterns that match GRAFT’s “high-impact, zero-hassle” ethos. Then we designed and built a fast, accessible Webflow site (Client-First) with a component library for hero blocks, service cards, process steps, pricing, FAQs, and proof sections. Subtle GSAP-powered interactions reinforce the brand’s energy without hurting performance. We mapped clear conversion paths (Start subscription / Book intro), integrated Stripe-ready checkout links, and set up CMS collections for services, examples, FAQs, and policies. Finally, we wired GA4 + event tracking for key actions (plan views, CTA clicks, submission flow) so the team can optimise against watch-time and lead quality while keeping day-to-day updates in-house.
