Office Co. Is a coworking and flexible workspace provider in Bath offering private offices, meeting rooms, and communal facilities for freelancers and small businesses—all designed to reflect and uplift the local community.
What They Needed
To merge two city sites into one scalable brand platform. Office Co was evolving from Bath Office Co and Bristol Office Co to a single “Office Co” identity, and needed a unified Web build that keeps local strength while centralising everything: one design system, one CMS for locations/floors/meeting rooms, clear “Book a tour” funnels, and clean analytics. The site had to handle multi-location SEO (city/location pages with schema, maps, FAQs), preserve rankings via 301s from both legacy domains, and make expansion easy—spin up a new location in minutes with reusable components. All wrapped in their existing brand, tightened for consistency, speed, and conversion.
What We Did
We unified the brand into one Webflow site with a location CMS, filtered search, floorplan/amenities blocks, and fast contact flows. We migrated structure and redirects to protect SEO, improved page speed, and created a design system that supports new locations without extra dev lift.
