A fast, enterprise-quality Webflow build of a 30+ page website—delivered in two weeks—from approved Figma designs. The site had to be easy for PFDM to maintain, support reusable layouts, and include key integrations (Google Tag Manager, Google Reviews, Google Maps, DearDoc) while launching with strong performance and clean on-page SEO.
What We Did
We developed the site in Webflow using a Client-First, component-based system so PFDM can ship updates quickly without design drift. We set up CMS collections for services, dentists, patient info, and a smile gallery; wired analytics and events via GTM; and integrated DearDoc, Maps, and a live reviews feed. Accessibility and local-SEO essentials were baked in, and we performance-tuned the build to achieve 95+ Lighthouse scores across core pages—all shipped on a 10-day sprint and handed over smoothly to PFDM’s team.
