What is an SEO retainer?
An SEO retainer is a monthly agreement where an agency works continuously on your search visibility: tracking keywords, improving pages, publishing content and building links. Scale adds AI search optimisation to that work.
How much does Scale cost?
Scale is £1,200 a month, or £12,000 a year on a 12-month plan, and includes everything in Care+ when we built your site. CRM and automation work is quoted separately.
Do I need a new website to start?
No. Scale plugs into your existing site, whatever it's built on, and starts with an audit of the highest-impact fixes. Results are strongest on Webflow sites, so if your current site is holding you back, ask us about a rebuild.
What is GEO, and is it included?
GEO (generative engine optimisation) helps your brand appear in answers from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It's included in Scale alongside traditional SEO.
How long until we see results?
On-page fixes and new content can start moving rankings within weeks, while authority and AI citations build over months. You'll see progress in every monthly report.
What's the notice period?
Monthly plans need 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual plans run for the 12 months agreed, at a lower overall price.
