What is included in Webflow support and maintenance?
Care+ covers hosting and uptime checks, security and SSL monitoring, form and payment checks, up to an hour of fixes each month, a monthly health report and priority response on tickets.
How much does a website care plan cost?
Care+ is £125 a month, or £1,000 a year on a 12-month plan. It covers maintenance, monitoring and small fixes. Larger work such as new pages or SEO sits in Scale at £1,200 a month (£12,000 a year).
How quickly are fixes made?
Most tickets are resolved within 24 hours, and our average fix time is under an hour.
Do I need a care plan if Webflow hosts my site?
Webflow handles the servers, but it won't notice a broken form, an expired integration, a slow new image or a page that's stopped converting. A care plan looks after the site itself as well as the hosting.
Can you look after a Webflow site you didn't build?
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move from Care+ to Scale at any time when you need ongoing design, content or SEO work.
